This is one too many times I have been kicked out of a rm tourney...Lava please respond as I feel at this point I am owed some type of refunds here...I am playing small tables10c and 20c ...but all the server problems have cost me a couple of dollars now...p.s. just posted a thread about this...was on rm table again when this happened...looking for my refunds...this has been happening too much...and I never complain...but I don't like to lose money...!

Arrezo, and time it happens in a rm tourny you normally get your money returned automatically when all is well again.
If not 24/7 do it for you, but ive never even had to go there.

Ars it has been happening for days...and I have yet to get any refunds...and 24/7 in my experience never helps...but ty anyways...I'll wait for some type of response from lava....

I usually only play one game a day here lately. I've had nothing but problem after problem the last week. I just don't get it.
When we didn't have download I understood it,but now what's the excuse? Oh well, still good folks here with good skills.At least when we are able to play.

You need to contact support for RM refunds and you can also post in real money section Arezzo.

What is disconcerting is that the problems started after the last major maintentance... last Thursday or Friday, I think, about a week ago? I never got resolution of the 500,000 play chips that I lost as a result of approximately 8 boots (with extended reconnect times) in the Mammoth.

The fact that this is going on for close to a week now is disconcerting... this is bringing back painful memories of days gone by in OP66 history... please, tell me it's not true... I sincerely hopes this gets resolved ASAP.

Posting to give due credit to 24/7... turns out that I had an email response from my initial inquiry but only today found it in my 'junk mail' folder... when I responded to the follow up question that was asked, and provided the requested additional details, I was notified by 24/7 (our friend 'Gemma') of a refund of the Mammoth buy-in. Only fair that as we (myself included) complain to also give credit for service well done. Thanks, OP66!
