Missing medal

Don't know if anyone else has an issue here but I am missing a gold medal on the first day the tournaments went back on line, not sure if that was 25th or 26th but should be easy enough to check. Played the NY that day and won the gold. Could u pls update my medals.Also entered two touneys that couldn't play because of bug issues and a mini so could I have a refund of 24k pls.

yes papa it was the 26th didnt get my silver either. hopefully they are just behind.

Same here, i won NY tourney last night, didnt get my medal either, but hopefully will get sorted soon, Was so delighted, was my 1st gold in over a year, lol

Sorry to sound stoopid, but where do we even find the medal counts these days. I know I stumble across them every now and then but can never find them (either my own record or the toplists) when I am looking.
