[MUST READ] Update on tourneys & other issues!

Hi all,

The merge of our poker network (Everleaf network = the poker script and tables we use) with UPN (owned by Everleaf too, newest european network growing fast) has been a bit messy and some of you can't play at all for now : This is worked on by the full tech team which is aware of those issues, please be patient it's just a matter of time.

Play money SNG buyins (x10), missing play money tournaments & other tech issues have been reported and everything will come back to normal as soon as possible (I have no delay but that won't take days, hope for some efficient fixes today yet).
I know it's a stressfull time for everyone but please try to avoid moanings on forum for the next hours : It won't help people finding the right information and can't faster our work

That merge is an awesome news for real money players as for play money ones as it will allow us to release much more needed things for op66 in the future (in addition of 2 times more players on tables)!

ok, so will mine and lynnes avatar scenario go back to sq 1. Also ive just had an msn of a m8, who doesnt really know how to navigate the forum, all of his 5 tickets from ultras have disappeared, dont think this is right either.

Ok BL - this isnt a moan but you need to be aware if you arent already that there is a problem viewing the cashier details

BL- i really think the site should be open properly or closed until problems are sorted. I have just played 2 $1 double ups and had an absolute nightmare - i was constantly booted - luckily i managed to get access to them both eventually when i was down to 600 chips and the blinds were 150/300 and on both occasions i got lucky and scrapped into last 3 for payout. I am now obviously reluctant to go anywhere near the money tables until i can have reassurances that they are now stable. Will you post when you feel this is the case.

The tables i was at were
1045569 $1 double up and 1045589 $1 double up
There were definitly players on the second of these having similar issues which is probably what saved me with my persistance

i know no 1 stands still but we been through this b4 and then b4 that, how many more times? cant be good for 66 business (we already have some on site trying to get you to join other sites)! i will be 66 for along time with friends I hope will remain friends outside 66 but sometimes a company can grow to big and you lose that family feeling. sorry Lava I know your all trying your best I realy do I just hope 66 dont grow to big. No worries about the refund as i mentioned i scraped through and doubled up so i was alright. I was very lucky when i needed it. My issue was how can i go on them again until i have reassureances that they are sorted.

How will i be informed that they are now ok - i cant work on the fact that as they are up and running they should be fine - i just need some notification that the problem has been recorded, identified and fixed

Big Thank you Lava and the Tech team,
I understand there are issues when joining sites together and i wait eagerly for these to be ironed out before taking my seat at the tables again.
I for one can see that this is going to be great for OP66 with a larger number of players and seats getting filled quicker and better tables available.
I hate all the moaning and groaning too Lava, if we could all just be patient it will all be for the better in a few days max
Get out and get some fresh air LOL, then come back and give me your chips LOL.

nice declan, but I agree with Grov! We do appreciate all the work, but as Grov says, just keep us informed better, let us know when all is 100 percent okay so we don't go on the tables and lose out chips for nothing. I can wait for a better site and appreciate all the hard work but when it is up one tends to think all is okay. But apparently not so just let us know when! A few seconds of your time to say all is fixed, ready to go! That's all we expect.

good advice aus have had the ultra outlaws tourny up but could not reg,reloaded and now it works
if your looking for it tournaments then freeroll/specials

I managed to reg for the outlaws, but the only table I can't connect to is the one I'm on (table #68263). Can see the other 2 tables.
