my latest glitches... not good

I have been playing on OP66 since the old script and have been experiencing rather a lot of problems since the new script was uploaded.. I have started logging these faults specifically for this thread.

game 1:
8.15am ET 26-Sept-2008 server time
$25 guaranteed $1.25 real money game
I experienced many glitches was kicked off 3-4 times and took long time to get back on to the table..
contacted 24/7 and was told to email management..

game 2:
9.00 am ET 26-Sept-08
$100 guaranteed $5.50 real money game
no problems played till final table..

game 3:
11.00 am ET 26-Sept-2008
$100 guaranteed $5.50 real money game
experienced no glitches or lags,

game 4:
12.15am ET 26-Sept-2008
main page opening but games not opening at all.
first page loads with lobby but nothing from there on

game 5:
23.15 26-Sept-2008
$50 guaranteed $3.30 real money game
took a couple minutes to get into the tourney and got kicked
off for a few minutes in blinds 15/30 level 2
no further glitches

game 6:
04.00am ET 27-Sept-2008
$25 guaranteed $2.25 real money game
took 2 minutes to load page to start tourney no further glitches here

game 7:
06.15am ET 27-Sept-2008
$25 guaranteed $1.25 real money game
got kicked off during level one and incurred problems reloading for approximatly 4 minutes
no further glitches

game 8:

08.00am ET 27-Sept-2008
$200 guaranteed $5.50 real money game
4 minutes into level one I was shut off for roughly
3 minutes before being able to re enter my table
no further glitches

game 9:
tourney number 492523

12.15am ET 28-Sept-2008
$25 guaranteed $1.25 real money game
wouldnt let me in for 20 minutes, once it did let me in it froze, started to play one hand then froze again
when I finally was let back in I had chip stack $335
(hand number 72000117392) was already on final table but as chips were low and could still see visible lag onscreen, in spite, I went all in with my last bit of money and lost...
played total 1.5 hands all tourney??? surely this is not fair??? ???

please can you contact me in regards to this as it has cost me money I beleive. and I will be contacting live support to get a refund for the last tourney listed above. if I hadn't won my money on a free roll but had deposited it I would be very wild right now, can you please do something about this as I would really like to play OP66 in future but refuse to use my hard earned cash to deposit on here while these glitches continue,

I have had more glitches than recorded here but it is hard to make a record when your angry, hope you understand as this is approximately 70% of the real money tourneys I have tried to play over the last three days. some of the glitches include folding my cards as the screen freezes, these could and 90% of the time have cost me large pots and good chances to get into paid places, this is extremely frustratin and annoying

i've been stuck at step 3of3 since the changes.
i can't even play anymore

This new changes are F@%$ed. The whole interface runs super slow and glitchy in tournments . I did notice the free side (ring tables) runs ok. I have been having so much trouble with glitches. Like you register for a tourney and when it starts you get disconnected and cant get back in for 30 mins, by then you have no chips left. This site has been great up until now, something needs to be done.

yes please try the link Elpoulpo just copied to you and tell me if after following each step you still have such bugs in the future.

How many do you think you've lost on site due to those bugs? Make a fair approximation please.
