A new bug?

not sure if this has been brought up before.......?

Playing in the BC this morning and after the cards had been dealt to everyone ( some having bet but before the flop ) the table then refreshes 3 or 4 times....all players losing their cards and bets only to have a new hand dealt. This is not the first time I've seen this happen, but I only play the tourneys, not the rings, so unsure if its happening there as well.

Is this a new bug thats being looked into?

I've had the same experience now and again Deb in tournies. On the rare occasion that I am on rings, it has not occurred. But my favorite bug is the few times I could see everyone's cards lol I am hoping that happens for me in titans today giggle.

Also happening on ring tables a lot...grrr i had quad 4s when it happened to me....calls were being made then hand stops n goes onto new hand, very annoying ....

Happened to me in a cash sit-n-go. Cost me the game. Very annoying.

Mmmmm I saw it said a new bug and thought there was something new on the menu !

Yea I've had it happen several times over the past few weeks. Very annoying and definitely affects the game.

Please report this problem to support..I have already sent in a report with details of when it happened in a cash game and I was refunded. Just make a note of the table and hand number and if you can copy the text in the chat window especially if it says "Refreshing Table" also I am not sure if it is linked but if you have game info pop ups enabled , take notice if it happens when a tourney info window pops up.

The more people that report the problem and when it happens the better info they have to find the problem and fix it. Thanks
