Read that thread fully too, you will find link for upgrading flash, link for spyware detection/cleaning and some more informations.


Same answer for others, try to upgrade flash and clean your computer from spywares with the ad-aware free program. Enter all the details from the upper list too.

Shaun and sandz : you are saying tons of players got issues but I can't agree, you are seeing the ones who complains, I've tested here with 15 computers (my 3 mines and 12 different friends), only one was bugged. On the overall I would say we have 5-10% of players still having issues, the goal is offcourse not to lose them and I'll try to find more answers to fix those small bugs.

My cards keep folding and I have to log off & on again. I am using firefox but this only started happening yesterday. Also I was able to see which tables I was on now I have a different window with just messages from the forum going across

hi ya, last night i registered for 5k 10 seater. while waiting i checked on forum. when going back to table it would not let me on although name still on list. This happened twice so all in all i lost 10k. I know its not a lot but is there anyway this can be refunded. thanks for your help.

still can't play, this sucks bigtime!
i was able to enter the lobby for a while
when i update my flash player. but my computer hang, so i close it.
when i tried again i'm back at step 3of3 100%!!!

Lava, since the multiple windows I am having major lag. My computer is a laptop windows x p and is a year old. I registered for the opp tourny today and then was not able to get into the game when it started. Tried so many times and it would not let me in. As you can imagine I am angry because I am missing the tourny. Played here earlier today with some lag but otherwise things were fine so I am not sure what is going on. Right now its not even letting me open any table and when it does loads for a minute then says there is an error. Please put the site back to not having to do multiple windows if this kind of stuff keeps up. Seems like it is causing the site many problems.

ok so i was finally able to load it after an hour to see me out in 20th and I still was not able to load up the tables to even be able to watch my friends play booo.

at last i was able to get past step 3 and finally played.
unfortunately i lost my first game, but it was ok.
at least i can play again. hopefully no more bugs!!!

i just updated my flash player then it works for a while.
but i can't open a table, so i close it again.
then tried cccleaner.
now it's working with minor problem....
some tables won't open. and when i try to open two tables
it won't let me, it says i already have 6 tables open
when in fact i only have one table open.

am getting exactly the same...managed to get into a tourney b4 only for it to crash and lock me out
oh and Lava...MY CHAT WONT WORK!!! which, as you can imagine, is a major issue for me!

I had same problem...took me a day to work out it was my popup blocker, even though I had allowed popups for this site, I had to allow popups again for the new window script.

ok...i noticed something...EVERY time i get locked out of a tourney, as i'm closing down, on the main page (where u login with chatroom thingy) it says on the chatscreen 'disconnected due to idle timeout' or something like that!...is there a link to this disconnection and me not being able to play??? maybe just a coincidence but seems strange as it always happens at the same time and when i'm not disconnected my games are fine...and i know the chatrooms are on a different script before u all start calling me daft...its just a thought.....

Clean recent computers shouldn't have issues, it's a matter of finding the right fix I think.

Edit : Added a link to SmitFraudFix free software, another efficient free anti-spyware program! Try that one too.
