i've tried all those things boss, and there's a little improvement... i can now enter the lobby, but when
i try to open a table all i get is a black screen

I am still having trouble with the chat box. It messs up a lot and is really slow to get things out like it is lagging behind. I am not having as many problems with multi window since I followed the tips.

Virtus i had that bug yesterday had to close down site then open it again retry and then it worked.

Virtus I'm sorry if I've missed that, but have you copied here your operating system and internet browser version?
I bet you are running windows xp with Internet explorer 6, in that case try downloading and running mozilla firefox just for a test. If it is working fine then you have as I think a spyware issue and to clean it up you have to run all the 3 advised one (CCcleaner, ad-ware and smitfraudfix) in safe mode (reboot your computer, hit F8 key a few times while it is rebooting (before the windows xp screen) and you should be prompted for a few choices including "run windows in safe mode").
After scanning your computer in safe mode you'll have to reboot and select normal mode.
In case it still does not work there is another anti-spyware program named hijackthis which is a good complementary choice but which is a bit more complicated to use (it could turn off some other programs on your computer if you do not select the right check boxes), worth a try afterward anyway...

Those advices here could work for everyone offcourse

last one i promise...ok when i leave the multi tourney, why cant i get back in?..say there's 2 tables left, usually i can highlight either table, click and go in...but now when i try this it instead of highlighting it, it turns it dark grey and stays like that..plus there's no 'join table' option...so i'm locked out ...any suggestions?

have this exact same problem, sall, dunno what to do,..happened last nite during wombats, table froze so i had to re-start... came back and couldnt open table,.. any other table i could get onto, but just not in the tourny.

same here... when i got disconnected. and im in the tourney. i cant go back in the table any more. just in that table. other tables are ok.

so when my table is moving in slo mo i have to bear with it. coz i know if i reload, logout (f5 isnt working) i cant go back anymore.

CHAT is slow too..my replies sometimes are abit late

Before it is even asked..

I have run all the cleanups....
I have the right flash....
I have several antispyware active (including all posted previously)....

My system is a new laptop...less than 6 moths old...highest intel processor, and runs with Vista....

I had lag problems on old script (during the absolute highest peak times), never had any login or conversion problems on new script, only issues I see are basically same everyone else sees AFTER some major change...like the new windows setup....

Why is it that when major changes are made (whether asked for or not), and many issues are seen.....we are pushed back to do something with our setups, cleanups, etc. didn't have a problem before...why is it now assumed to be our issue?



I just tried to play in the British Crown...Couldn't maximize table...complete fiasco, not being able to see my cards and be able to play them...constantly having to scroll around...Lasted less than 5 minutes...refused to play this way.


The maximum I could get was this: (almost filled comp screen, but wouldn't let me change or expand it...tried to cascade..tried to tile...tried to maximize...tried to minimize...nothing allowed me to see more than this...required scolling no matter what I did)

I am so frusturated with these multiple tables. I am now having problems when it comes to tournys again. I have done the things posted and it was working fine but as has happned before got disconnected and could not get back into the tourny. I was in a good position too, so that makes it even more frusturating. Lava if all these problmes keep happening is it possible to go back to the old way and ditch multiple tables. It is since adding them that I have had problems. I know some love them but since a lot of us our having problems with it maybe going back would fix them, I don't know.

Jamie : Same answer, no fix yet for that but should come soon as the million chip.

loveschips : no we won't go back to tabbed version, many players aren't experiencing bugs, a part of the bugs come for your internet browsers and a part need to be fixed here, we are working on that.

Virtus : I still think there is something on your end but I'll double check if that blank screen is a known error. Have you run the 3 anti-spywares in safe mode?

What about reopening windows that have closed due to lag?

how does that work now?

you mean sometimes you can't get back to tournaments you've closed?
Jazzfrog and chyndee experienced that bug yes.

Chyndee told me she tried with another computer (laptop) and it was working again.
I will catch a tech about that issue, not sure how to fix it.

Yeah, the screen freezes after the game lags, then I restart browser, clear cookies, log back in, and then click join table but it won't open anymore. I can open other games though like ring tables.

Afraid of playing in two tournaments and having one freeze on me, so I just open firefox(if Im on IE7 or visa versa) and try again, no luck either way.

XP service pack 3 - pentium 4 dual - 2005 machines
