windows xp , my computers updated , but still cant get to tables , log in ok it starts to load game resources then just stays on stage three & nothing else happens , need help please

loveschips : no we won't go back to tabbed version, many players aren't experiencing bugs, a part of the bugs come for your internet browsers and a part need to be fixed here, we are working on that.

Virtus : I still think there is something on your end but I'll double check if that blank screen is a known error. Have you run the 3 anti-spywares in safe mode?

Once again had trouble with getting disconnected from a tourny and not being able to get back in and i was leading(stud play chip hi low), and same kind of problem with omaha play chip one registered but it would not let me in so there went a thousand chips for nothing. I notice sometimes when these kinds of things happen there is a yellow triangle that says error on page but when I click on it, says basically unexplained error. Anyway I can find out what the error is that keeps this happening? Thanks.

I think loveschips problem IS the same problem we keep seeing. It happened to me on a sit-n-go (a couple of times, but not as often as I see it in multi-table tourneys), but it looks like the same issue.

I too have noticed a yellow exclamation on the lobby screen.


THIS HAS TO BE A BUG...when you can get into any other tables, (rings, new sitngos, registering tourneys, AND even running tourneys and sitngos as an observer - AND THE ONLY TABLE YOU CAN'T GET BACK INTO IS THE TOURNEY YOU ARE ON!!!!
It has only happened since the program changes that changes the lobby from tabbed to separate windows.

(FYI, I delete cookies regularly, have run the anti-spyware, have popups unblocked, have the most current flash, have tried complete shutdowns and reboots - nothing works. I run on Windows XP on a Intel Celeron laptop that is less than 2 years old, and use IE7)

ausangel asked me to post a report on tourney 504474 which started 16:30 uk time witch was probably 11:30 tourney half way through the first level after three/four hands every thing stopped as if we were waiting for players to rebuy but ten minutes soon went by, knew something was up the clock was still going and before i left the table for good the level had moved onto level four hope this is of some help.

cardshark15 : The bug has be found by the tech team and they are now working on it! Shouldn't take long but I have no exact delay.

By the way for the ones who haven't noticed it yet : Since a few days we have a million chip too to solve the hidden cards bug when pot is too huge.

Hi I have just played (and came about 56th in the Nov 22 21.30 Omaha H/L freeroll tourney and it kept folding me. This has happened a few times whilst playing various tourneys in the money side. I had 2 rebuys because of it and the fact that i was enjoying myself, but I am getting a bit tired of it to be honest as it spoils the game and looses lots of chips....

I have an Imac and the latest firefox and everything is up to date....

It is not any of my equipment as i testing many sites some with some without flash etc and they worked fine.

I cleared all cookies etc and had to re open site 3 times, loosing chips along the way either through blinds or betting with up to final round and then it just folded me.

Im not bothered about the 50cents i invested in the game or the other times this has happened but am concerned as I was considering opening a money account as all the money i have has been won through freeroll and small money tourneys, but it is not reassuring opening money account when im loosing lots of chips through being folded.

I love this site and do think it is the best ive found personally for playing poker and chatting etc but I would like to be able to play a game of poker without all the hassle.

Please advise....

I have had issues with the window and mouse freezing up when I move a game window. Have to Hit ALt Tab, then try and move the window again. Had this issue for some time now, but I found a way around the problem. If Minimize all other windows I can move the game window anywhere without problems. Then I can redisplay the other windows no problem. Thought this might help debug the problem.

I noticed that on the lobby window in a tournament my name was not on the list of players even though I was in the game. Happened twice that I know of. No problems with playing or finishing the game, and my name eventually shows up. I noticed that there will be 15 players left in the game and only 12 listed. Not a problem just adding to the info database.

Dear Lava,
Thank you for helping us with these problems. For about a week now my partner and I have not been able to get into tourneys after registering for them and in many instances logging into the site has crashed my computer automatically switching it off. Additionally, old problem of freezing when register for tourneys and mostly not being redirected to a table. The freeze has been there on and off for a long time but was OK recently. We have lost thousands and thousands of chips. No matter about that though.
Newish computer about 5 months old. Mozilla firefox browser. I work from my home pc this week spending 12 hours on it a day this week for thesis, and no probs till log into OP66 and whole system crashes.
I have taken your advice, downloaded latest flash player, and installed adware with 86 infectiond detected eek, all cleared. cookies all deleted. Will try logging in to tourney again to see if this works.

Ok, did everything you said in your advice. Registered into freeroll tourney and then after a couple of mins pc froze. Rebooted and then 2 mins later crashed my pc. Took about 5 mins to get going again. Nothing else does this so there is something seriously wrong; this has happened all week. Have played other boring tourneys on other sites and pc doesn't crash; only here. There is a serious problem on OP66. Please could you look into it.

flash is heavy for pcs, your cpu load could get higher an the temperature soo. It could be a reason

please check your cpu load when playing.

I've had no echos of computers rebooting til now
