usualy when i come across this problem the graphics card isnt bedded in to the slot properly
i dont know if mesh has a open case warrenty void policy or not
have a look at the back of the pc and see if there are any stickers or tags connecting the removable side panel to the pc if there is then opening the case would probably void your warrenty so dont do it

if you are sure there isnt you can unscrew the two screws on the back of the pc (after turning it off at the mains and touching a radiator to earth yourself to clear static from your body) to remove the side panel

you will find a card where your monitor plugs in to just give this a firm but gentle push to make sure it is fitted properly

if there isnt a card and the monitor connects stright in to the pc then its most likely a motherboard problem which will need a proper repair

good luck with it hun but remember if there are any seals on the pc preventing you from opening it dont do it they will charge you for any repair

If it is working on the old computer, reduce the resolution to 800 x 600 while using it on the old computer, then try the monitor on new computer, it may be that the new computer does not support the resolution monitor is set at

if there is 2 vga out puts are you using the one thats further down on the back of the pc (this is the one to try)
your motherboard might have an onboard graphics processor that has been turned off and is using a dedicated graphics card instead

all depends on the kind of games your playing hun maybe you need to install java too
here is a link to the sun microsystems website java.com: Java + You
i hope this helps
you might have to also install flash player

also try turning off your firewall while you install the games this can block some process form working
