Well,I'm beginning to think it's never going to be back up and working. Twice in the past couple of days we have been assured that it would be up and running "today",and it still isn't. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has money in the site who is wondering whether they will ever see it again.

I've done the patient thing,I tried to be understanding, but enough is enough.Pitbull was up and running again about 14 hours ago...now I don't know a lot about computers but if we share tables etc surely we should be able to play too?

The long and the short of it is that I cannot play poker nor can I remove my money from the site.I can't even talk to customer service about it. I'm reduced to hoping that I'm not just being strung along. The customer service on this site has always been abysmal; complaints aren't so much dealt with as ignored, and customers aren't respected, they are patronised. But this is beyond the pale.

Does somebody want to give us a proper, definitive explanation,
with a guaranteed timeframe, or are we just going to continue to be told "be patient" until we all just give up and go away and leave you alone with our money?

Trust is a key issue. I think maybe this site should realise how far that stretches.

signed,

A very unhappy customer.

JR If I knew I would tell you, and yes like you I also have money here, and yes like you I am frustrated, annoyed, bad tempered and all the rest of it, but where is all that going to get us?

Pitbull maybe up, I would think that they will try and bring all servers back online little by little for stability reasons, where we are placed in that queue I am not sure, as I know no more than anyone else here, but I am still trying to answer members questions and I will continue to do so as much as I can.

Signed

Aus (still trying)

Ausangel,

I'm sorry if you thought that because I quoted your statement I was having a go at you personally. That wasn't the case,it was just a way to start.I am sure that you will,as always, do the very best you can for us. But the very fact that you,a super moderator who is actually currently in touch with the customers, don't have any idea of what is going on kind of proves my point.

That said, thankyou for at least offering an answer.

First in reply to Slowman, refunds due to site problems ar e usually given automatically. I personally have had two ocassions when a refund was needed. #1 I had registered, but the tourney did not get started, buy-in was refunded automatically without contacting 24/7. #2 more recently I was in a tourney and we were down to 5 or 6 players, I had chiplead and the site went down. I was paid first place automatically, without contacting 24/7.
Now, to address Jonno's issues. I also have money in my account on site, and the same questions you ask crossed my mind as well. As far as Pitbull being up, and we are not,..... I am no computer wizard, but, what Ausangel said makes sense to me, as far as bringing separate servers up one at a time, perhaps for debugging purposes or whatever. I am sorry that you hold such a low opinion of us as to use the word "abysmal". We truly do the best we can with the tools we are given. But, I can certainly understand your frustration, as I feel it also.
At this time, we have no definitive time for restart. BlackLava has given an explanation of the cause of this downtime in this thread: http://www.onlinepoker66.com/forum/f...owntime-18577/
Trust is a key issue, and I trust that BlackLava and his tech team will get this straightened out. I have also cautioned BlackLava about stating deadlines that he has no control over.
So we do ask you to be patient, and check the above mentioned thread for updates.
