Ok...now I'm really ticked off

I check my stats every day, and last night when I logged on I see that I have an extra Bronze Medal, which made it 2 instead of 1, and that my points for the British Crown have been lowered by 8 points.

Tonight I came 3rd in the British Crown, earning me another Bronze medal and 14 points...

Here's my gripe :

Last night I had 2 silver medals, and 1 Bronze and 30 points for the British Crown....which meant that I was 7 points shy of hitting the toplist. Today, I have only 22 points and I am 15 points shy of hitting the top list. I have just earned myself another Bronze in the British Crown which means another 14 points...which should have taken me onto the top list.

I would like my 8 points that have vanished overnight added back to my stats and the 14 points added for tonights 3rd place win.
So, my stats should read... 44 points, 2 silvers and 2 bronze for the Brisish Crown. This will take me onto the top list and I would like to 'apply' for my custom title.

Please rectify before next British Crown Tourney, so I am not omitted from this top list.

I have same problem Splash but with no extra medals.

My brit crown points have been deducted 18 points!!! (45 down to 27). Been like this for 3 or 4 days now.

I don't understand why you've said this ? She was polite, she said please... I'd be ticked off too if they took away the points that would put me in the toplist




It seems everyones toplists went strange, but most got extra medals, and a few less points.. but hey, why complain if you have an extra gold ? I do.. and a bronze.. I'd rather everyone have the stats they're supposed to have though, so yeah, can this be fixed?

Splash, we were talking about that a couple of days ago and now I see I have less points as well. I don't know whats up but why have points awarded if they can't keep them straight. Now I have no idea if I was only 4 points away from the top list as we discussed.

I agree with PJ,Splash was not in anyway sarcastic,just concerned and made her point very respectfully.I got some extra medals that I dont want.As nice as they look on my stats,I didnt win them and would rather not have them.Iam sure it will be sorted soon as the staff are doing so much right now and they are only human too.

is it really a big deal to have your name on a list?
i dont think i would care if my points got deducted.
i just play poker. i have fun here, and i have no intention on getting in any toplist
just play poker and forget the statistical stuff.

Is it not apparennt from the previous posts that a lot of people DO CARE.

The questions above are very valid. A great deal of people who play here measure their progress by the toplists and for that reason it is important to them that they are accurately maintained
