Ongoing site problems

I would just like to say that i wholly agree with Stevos sentiments at the start of this thread. many people know that i was reluctant to move over the moneyside but with the help of the ultra outlaws i did. After a nervy start i learnt how to maximise playing the dark side and enjoy myself while picking up a few dollars here and there.

After the last few weeks i now play on another site for money - i touched upon this during a table conversation with Stevo i think.

The site has lost me to the moneyside now - a type of player they worked so hard to get to cross the line by introducing the ultras etc. All it would have taken is some reliable information as to when the tables were stable - investing a dollar and then not being able to play while seeing your good hands folded and then eventually getting back on the table low stacked is bloody frustrating to say the least. Luckily i have scrapped back in to the payouts but more by luck that good judgement.

I know others have said they have had no problem but not once have i sat at a table without seeing someone just laying down blinds - i know sometimes that wont be the sites fault - i think the majority of times it is though.

we have been here before more than once in the two years ive been on the site but this has been by far the most painful - i for one have noticed i play far less nowadays and surely that cant be good as i know im not alone.

Good luck at getting things sorted people because it really does need to be done quickly

For you it might be just play money but there is a ever growing number playing on real money side so the concerns are justified.

The site is one of the best ever , we all know that and we know lava and his team do the best they can and appreciate it but it would be better for the business and therefore the site if questions like this werent ignored.

This is now getting beyond a joke ..... never have i had so many problems trying to play , 70% of the time when i go to hit check raise fold it comes up trying to connect to server . Im at the point where i dont know if i will bother much anymore .
Im on Vista and use download , when in the hell is everything going to be fixed ?????

I was leading Hetmans today and got booted off 20 minutes before the first break. Now it is 2 1/2 hours later and I still cannot log onto the site. Did anyone else have a problem today? Kinda tough to protect the chippies.

Yes same here US...lost conection in Hetmans and still cannot connect to the site.

Logged in and out twice in the last couple of hours. Got in to play ok...but it did seem to take slightly longer to load than usual

I can play on the flash,but when I go to download it says only one running version at a time.This happens to me alot, but no one seems to know why.many friends here have tried to help,but to no avail

You have to choose one or the other. If you play flash, then close it and try to load the download version it will conflict.

I have that happen with only the download version if it crashes and I try to reload it too quickly.

Check running programs in Task Manager.
