Outlaws, Credits & other features : Read here!

Hi,

I've posted in a few threads the explanations about the actual setup but here is a closed thread to ensure visibility :
- Forums credits are off (just visually)
- Countdown clocks are off in Outlaws City
- Some other features are off (forums tournaments, forums renaming tool for moderators...)

It's a temporary setup just for today, I am finishing the installation of the new server for database and testing everything in light mode to find out which plugin or feature is the reason of forums/outlaws lags.
