Dear Administrators, Moderators, Technical Team and all players,


If I understand it correctly, the medal and point system is not working properly for most of the 1.5 years already. The toplist above the forum shows 1 list for quite some time now. Unfortunately Quagan is ill and our technical problems cannot be resolved for the time being.

Therefore, I've come up with an idea. Let's gather several volunteers to make a Team which will manually add the medals. Currently the most accurate way to follow all the medals is King Pete's medals. So, the whole thing will work like this:

Any player will calculate his or her medals from their pages and send the details to the above mentioned team. The team will double check it and inform The Administrator. Then the players medal count will be updated. This process will save Administrators' time and will make hundreds of players happy.

Of course it will work for medals only not for points... but it's a start right?

P.S. And of course this whole thing will work only if Administrators will allow it.

As we are nearing year end and the system would be re-set for 2012 this is already being addressed by BlackLava and team and it should be resolved to at least update individual statistics.

Bonik, to clarify... it's not been the case that the points/medals (on the forum pages) have "not been working for 1.5 years". In fact, they've only been out of whack for the past couple of months.

Yes, this has happened before... for different reasons... but each time, Quagan and the team have responded and cleared things up. It is a very manual process for them, undoubtedly taking loads of time... and the work is happening behind the scenes.

Quagan is not ill.. it was reported on the forum that unfortunately his mother passed away... as forum members, we've all been patiently waiting, giving him the time that he needs to get his personal affairs in order.

From past experience, one thing that is clear, the points and medals will be made right... it just requires a bit of patience on our part... until then, enjoy the poker!

Since 17th of November this year, I won 3 medals, 1 BC bronze, 1 Mammoth gold and 1 Wombats gold. They are not included in my stats.

Please update my stats Texan.
