Re-set poker password

I have had 2 viruses in this last week. Because of this I have been trying to change my password but it wont work, says not available and it suggests I try, then gives me a list on google.
Anyone know what's happening and what I can do ?
Also all my details are on pitbull if I log in there ?????

what password(S) are you trying to change, FORUM 1 you can do youself on profile page, table 1 is via 24/7 or the lost password link on login page

The poker 1 kev, too change you have to click forgot password and then you get an e-mail with a link to change your password, but its not working, so now what can I do
