Reset your chips when you lost all your bankroll

Go to the Lobby and under your name it will say "Get Points" double click that and it will reset your chips to 1000. The first time you click it will take you to the tourney tables list then the second click will take you to the Hold-Em list and you should have 1000 chips at this point.

i tried this when my chips wen below 1000 and is said something like my password or username is insucure any thoughts?
