Server problems

Hi, can anyone help please.

Tried to log back into the lobby today and it loaded ok but every time I tried to select anything, for example a table or the cashier, it kept bringing the log in window back up.

I rebooted my PC and tried again (3 times). I went to my home page and tried to enter via the flash link. That opened the other window OK but then when I click on the 'play now' link my browser just says it's loading and stays like that.

I decided to start again, uninstalled the card room software I previously downloaded and have used for weeks now. Then tried to download the card room again. Same thing happens as when I try the flash link. It just keeps saying it's loading the page but nothing happens.

I'm using Firefox and I have the latest version of flash player. All cookies cleared and no pop up blocker working. Site is also listed as acceptable in my trusted sites list. Not had any problems until today, apart from an increase in the last week or so with the number of times I get booted, but I can't see that would be related.

Maybe my PC needs a sleep LOL, I'll try again tomorrow.

P.S. Only just thought of this but I uploaded a new avatar earlier and then left the site, and this is the first time I have tried to log back in since doing that. The file was a jpg and I had scanned it before uploading it. Can't see that it would be the cause of the problem but I figured any info may be helpful. Cheers.

Server is experiencing problems Stevo, you are not alone... will try and find out whats going on.

From what I can tell it seemed to affect aussie and US players...Lava checked with techs no issue showing with server but may have been an overall internet issue for specific countries between server and their ISP's

having the same probs a s stevo....i woke early so thought i would play the BC tourney...it let me in ok and then server kept trying to reload...have re-started computer and still no go....tried flash and same as stevo...no go....oh well...5:30 am now and i am awake but no poker.....guess i have to find something else to do

Last night hets was unplayable for most of the game..then it settled down, I have been kicked off 5k tourney right now.

On Saturday night, I got DESTROYED by the Server trying to play the Mammoth... it would drop my connection and take several minutes at a time, where I'd have 2-3 hands or more post-n-folded on me. On one occasion, I had A-Q and all folded in front of me, except one... and then I froze and was booted and lost the hand. What really peeved me is that I lost 500,000 chip buy-in (not a 2k, etc) and I did contact 24/7... they were 'busy' and the form said 'leave a message and they'll be back to me. Well after 24 hours and no response. 500,000 chips down the drain. The good news is that I was not on the cash tables and I heard some were.

i believe there was an thread made for refunding play chips as i have used it.not sure if they still have it but its worth a shout seeing as it was 500k ya lost

Can the ones having trouble please try a ring table...they seem to work ok for me...but tourneys not. See if we can isolate the problem for lava and techs.
