i think he actually means this

siting at a 10 seat table

5 players all in the had

roo folds pre flop and all other 4 stay till the end

roo wishes to show his cards which he folded before final round of bets

thats what i think anyway

no m8 he means when the hand is over and its only u and 1 other person in the hand... i.e. say every1 else on the table folded around to the blinds and ur in the big blind and the small blind raises and u fold, roo wants the option to show his cards then.
so its after the hand and not when other players are still in it...

he means when he's folded 82 pre-flop (although we all know roo wud play this hand ) and then the flop comes out 882...no matter how many people are in, he just wants to be able to show everyone what he folded AFTER the game is done

Once cards are in the muck, they cannot be shown. Its the rules of poker In a home game of poker you can go rabbiting in the muck and show everyone what you did have, but in real poker its not done. Of course you can always tell them what you had after hand is finished, but its up to them whether they believe you or not
