Default Sky internet

Is anyone else having the same problem????,we have sky internet for our computers and if we both wish to play at the same time whoever signs into the practice side of the tourneys first get on OK, but the second one to sign on gets a message to say we are using the same IP address and cannot sign on. I have contacted online support to change the way we play, but this is the reply:-

Thank you for contacting support,

Unfortunately it is not possible for players from the same IP address to play on a real money or play money cash table at the same time,

There are some tournaments that do allow players from the same IP to play, but not tables.

This is a security feature and there is no way to make an exception

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Surely there does not need to be a security feature for the practice side only the real money side
Can anyone help???

Update for you Zane. As of today we now have the same problem as you have.

Never had this problem before, was always able to register both of us for a freeside tourney. But tonight Sue registered for Hets, then when I went to register 30 mins later I got the message saying a player with the same ip address had already registered, and therefore I wasn't able to register as well.

I guess it's yet another of the 'improvements' on this script, or yet another cock up on this script.

Either way it sucks BIGTIME. Good onya OP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an issue that was brought to our attention last week by other couples and families who play together. It is being worked on and you will be able to play the OP private label tournaments together again once it is fixed. No other tables should have ever allowed two players with the same IP on at the same time, just our private tournaments. Will update when confirmed, and tested as fixed.

I'm "old" script
I've had pitbull players steal my money...i never forget
players in cash tournys i watch,,occasionally i notice not betting a winning hand against same player more than once"shareing" i call it..(i don't think it happends much)
on the flip side:
i love how OP66"couple" players can play at same games !
i hope this never changes ! , i've never had ANY reason to think anyone here is up to anything funny,
i played an OUTLAWS tourny a few weeks ago , i can't remember witch couple it was? sry.
the 3 of us had a great game ..fun !... they were yelling insults at each other from differnt rooms in same house... it was a blast.....it was a cash tourny (outlaws).. NO worries about them in same house.
other couple play similar ways..
OP66 is the only place i've ever know where trust with couples playing is allowd
lets NOT end this !!!! its a very unique frienldy( family-feeling) feature here.
it helps set OP6 apart.
P.S. i play solo , my girlfriend never plays
