 Update Error Messages Hi There, I am getting an error, every time I load the software. It tries for an update, which then downloads, and fails... If It makes a difference, I am using Windows 7 Pro.

| yes Foodz, try uninstall, then turn off firewall and antivirus before you re download, after download turn on your firewall and antivirus again. If this fails please report your error message to support 24/7

| OK, un-installed, and got error messages on the re-install. now playing on flash, waiting for tech to email... May be a Windows 7 thing...

| I don't think it is a Windows7 thing as I am running ultimate and have no problems

| OK, I checked CuteBums Problem, and it is different to mine, I cannot install the software at all. Thanks anyway. I am still waiting for the email from Tech, hope to hear something soon...

| After reading CuteBums Problem I checked and I did not have Google toolbar installed. I do use Google Chrome however (without the toolbar). Just for kicks, I un-installed Chrome, and tried OP66 again. It worked! So the only things left to say are... You cannot use OP66 if you use the fastest web-browser. I think the Tech Support Guys should be made to play OP66 in Flash, using Chrome, for a week. (They will then fix all those flash bugs) Online Support *may* get back to me one day, but as I have waited a week for a reply to my email...
