Default What to do on your end of the Internet if you have issues
If you begin to have issues, screens won't load, tables go wierd (chips flying off the table, system auto folds or sits you out) or other interesting and not so amusing issues you can try the following.

They are ordered from easiest to most complex.

1. Hit F5 to refresh your window.
2. Close the window and re-open it.
3. Close your browser and re-open it.
4. Delete temp files and cookies from browser.
5. Reset your network adapter.
6. Reboot your machine (cold boot, actually shut it down then start it, restart in MS-windows does not clear the system memory)
7. If using a wireless network, try using the network wire.
8. Reset your network modem or router (for home network, unplug, count to ten, plug back in)
9. Check your machine for updates
10. Check for browser, virus scanner, spam filter or flash updates.
11. Contact your Internet Service Provider (course of last resort)

Before you reset your network adapter you might wanna clear your cookies first!
alot of major annoyances can come just from your cookies!
