10k tonight..

hi all, last week i thought that i qualified for the 10k, from a $2 quallifier, as it happens, i didn`t. but i`ve had a good weekend, i won over £150 at the casino, £30 playing against friends and won over $100 dollars on online cash tables, so tonight i`m gonna give the 10k a bash. bit of a risk @ $55 to enter, but my confidence is very high at the mo`, so you never know... any1 care to join me???

Not sure to understand what you mean about $2 qualifier, what was the issue? (perhaps something we need to add on the pages or emails sent after tourney victory...)

i entered a 2 dollar qualifier, with 30ish entrants. i finished 2nd, i thought top 3 qualified, but someone told me it was only 1st... which i suppose makes sense...

oh ok I see, yes I bet that's the reason... Some tournaments will say "1 ticket per 30 players" so it's sometimes unclear if you do not take time to check the volume of players

good luck m8,tried to qualify in a $6 game but lucked out my AA beaten by jj he hit trips,baz is playing so some support there will look in fly the flag for op66 m8

ok, that makes sense. so maybe there were 28 entrants = 1 ticket. so if there were 31, 1st and 2nd get a ticket?

I've checked the list and haven't found such setup but if I correctly remember yes that was one the satellite system in July
(They try to offer a lot of new kind of tournaments for august, I think it's a great setup for network)

134th, i thought the standard would be very high and tight. but there was some very loose play on my table. and the thing was, i had Ax suited 3 times in first 7 or 8 hands, which i find hard to fold. before i knew it i was half stacked. kept getting hands i couldn`t put down. hit top jacks, was beaten by pocket kings..ah well, always next time..
