Start - $8 (from zero)
Week 1 - $104 (My Good Week)
Week 2 - $112 ($8 on bullets)
Week 3 - $108
Week 4 - $118
Week 5 - $140
Week 6 - $172
Week 7 - $164
Week 8 - $160
Week 9 - $159
Week 10- $145
Week 11- $148
Week 12- $149
Week 13- $151
Week 14- $155
Week 15- $170

After being pretty static had a much better week this week, still just mainly doubling up.
Was going to go on ring tables or try some higher buy in tournaments, but am enjoying playing 2 or 3 six seater double ups per day so will continue with that.

Finally hit $200, but then lost quite a bit before bouncing back.
AK is killing me this week.
Onwards and upwards.

With the SnG traffic being so low I've resorted to the ring tables so expect some big fluctuations over the coming weeks. Lost $20 with two hands this week so unlucky to be below $200.

Yep Roo, playing the rings now.
5c/10c - I tend to buy in with $7 then try to leave the table with a $5 profit; which I usually manage to do.
I've been a bit greedy though and 'invested' lots of my winnings on higher staked tournies usually going out with the better hand, lol.
I've adapted my game pretty well. On the sit n go's most people were pretty tight, on the rings lots more looser play - so a patient game then hooking someone in with a good hand is working well.

What a xxxx month, lol.
Had a decent start getting my total over $250, then lost $40 in 3 days with some unbeleivable bad luck. Trips beaten by straight, straigh beaten by flush, flush beaten by full house and to cap it all off full house beaten by quads.
After that run I took 3weeks off and have only just returned (apart from couple of tournaments), off on hols for 2 weeks soon so will have to hit the tables when I return.

EDIT:- oh dear, i've just checked my balance and it's $188 so I can only presume I lost much more than I thought during my bad run. Could've sworn it was $225 yesterday, maybe that was euros, i dunno; any way lots of work to do when i return, bon voyage mon amis.

Have to say sandy sir, the fact you dedicate yourself to recording your goings on weekly basis' is impressive- the fact u own up to losses is good discipline

I been thinking I should do that too, but the thing is with my studying etc I will be inconsistent with time - some weeks i play every day, yet I can also go months without a click of a button

Never-the-less, i might race you to $500 even tho i currently stand at just over $100 at the moment so got some catching up tae do.

gud luk to ya sir and yes, the duck is joining your race bring it! lol

Well, after my bad (terrible) run then self imposed 3 wk exile, then 2 wk holiday I've found it hard to get back into my poker. Had just a few games - unsuccessful $3 freezeouts and hitty missy on the 5c/10c.

Doesn't look good for my challenge but let's see how september goes.

Hi M8ee.
On the 5c/10c tables I play differently depending whether it's 10 seater or 6 seater.
10 seater - patience is the key, I only play premium hands, then bet out unless raised.
6 seater - a little looser, even the odd bluff but don't tell anyone.

Obviously a bit of luck will help too.
Any other simple tips anyone?

It's a slow-going pace, but I find steady progress ---- the double-up's. But getting people to play the bigger ones ($1, $5, etc) isn't always easy. When I'm off having fun, someimes, I tend to get a bit too loose on the $0.10 or $0.20 double ups!

What a month.
Decided to be a bit more adventurous trying the 10c/20c tables. Started off losing a bit then left a table with a $30 profit, this with some freezout winnings got me to $260. UNFORTUNATELY lost loads on ONE hand - AA losing to K2 - see link (this was on 25c/50c table, possibly a step to soon BUT really should have won the hand.
