As I am from the US, I do not know the laws of your territory. Best advice is to do some research into your areas laws/requirements.

I support Carmine point, you need to check your own country laws at first but usually it's forbidden to play if you aren't 18/21 as playing poker for money is gambling everywhere on earth (I don't know a single country seeing real money poker as a prized game only) and gambling laws are rude everywhere too (I'm not stating here it's good or bad, that's another question).

Yes you can play freerolls after registering for free, win cash from there and use such cash to enter other real money tables

No, you have to be 18+ in order to signup for a new system account : So playing a freeroll is actually forbidden if you aren't at the age of majority.

the law in the usa is that even if you are over 18 years you cant play online poker for real cash.
