Whats "Automated RMPP" correction?
Corrected my account for -104 PP,

I am chatting with 24 h support right now as I am missing about 30 PP.
They say:
"we had a technical issue with the poker point’s calculation and hundreds or even thousands of points were credited to member’s accounts in error on the 22nd. The points given in error for the cash tables games were removed from member’s accounts on the 23rd and the ones given in error for the tournaments were removed on the 25th. Now, the correct amount of points should be shown in player’s accounts."

Another problem on this site...I got used to it..never even complained..BUT..they have taken these PP away from me and I am sure I have earned each and every one on them in a correct way.

I know 30PP don't sound much to some people but I am only playing for little money like 10 cent..one dollar the most so it took quite some time to build them up.

And I am always watching my PP as I like to play the 5 $ freeroll when I am out of money.

The lady in the chat is very friendly..but looks like I won't get my PP back

i had 15,000 PP added to my account lol i looked and it said 45,000
but now ive got the right amount again.
