A bit of help please

First of all the good news.

I finally succumbed to having a dabble on the real money side of the site.

I entered a 3 dollar tournie and never re-bought or topped up. I won the tournie taking 160 dollars - very nice start i think but now i am not sure what is happening.

I immediately went to cash out my winnings and was presented with a number of options to cash out. I selected the moneybookers option and cashed out - the money immediately disappeared from my poker account but has not appeared in my moneybooker account (this account had been created for me already, i assume as part of the signing up for the money side process)

It is now 48 hours since i won the tournie - is the problem that is weekend or have i done something wrong.

Please help as i am new to the money side and i am concerned i may have cocked up somewhere

Now my monebookers account wont let me in as it says i nee to click on a verification email which i havent recieved despite two requests to resend. I could get in it before without a verification mail and now i cant - this is pretty frustrating to say the least

Cashouts aren't instant and could take a few hours or days depending of the method you are using and yes Week-end could explain a small delay.
You will have to fix your moneybooker issue at first by contacting moneybooker or finding a way to access your account again through their website... Can't help there.
When you can check again, take a look tomorrow and if you still have nothing feel free to hit 24/7 live chat at anytime : They will help you and forward you more info about exact delay or issue if there is one.

And congrats by the way! Grabbing 160 from $3 is a very nice move
