when playing in the real money side can mods see your cards?ive heard about other sites givin acess to mods to view others cards this wud put every player at a disadvantage.not been on the money side so dont know how it works yet.

No, moderators can't see your cards neither on real money zone or on free tables.

No, Moderators can not see other players' cards. We have no advantages at the tables. I cannot speak for, or about other sites, but I certainly would not want to play where there was such a capacity for cheating, especially at a pay site!

Interesting point though. As I have never played for real money this is not much of a worry for me, but I wonder what guarantees commercial poker sites give you that this will not happen.

If a commercial site was giving access to the hands database to moderators I bet it would take 2 days to see a first cheat report from a player and the overall notoriety of the site would go down instantly (moderators are many to ensure the chats everywhere).
It's hard to give proofs on such point but I know some major sites are asking external companies to make audits on algorithms and computers, it's not something public usually much more a matter of governemental proof about gambling laws but those audits are really testing all security points like that.
Here you will have to trust me on that point (sorry but I can't afford such audit, I need to be able pay the server hosting at first ) : The real money side and free side are small enough to still "human" looking and for sure such moderators cheat would be too visible
