can't load the games

i've been trying to enter real money tables,
but i can't seem to load the games.
i've been stuck at step 3 of 3 it says 100%, but it won't open...
i already cleared my cache, delete cookies.. but still does'nt work.
anyone else experiencing this???

it should be a temporary issue otherwise, I don't see another reason, I can load the lobby fine.

Which internet browser are you using? ie6, ie7, firefox?
(include operating system too, xp, vista, linux, mac?)

firewall is on and i also open a port for the site.
i also tried it on ie, it's the same stuck at step 3of3 100%

Ok, I will ask for help to a tech, sorry don't know myself what could cause that issue (in my opinion it's a temporary issue).

One other thing you could try : check your computer for spywares with a free program like ad-aware 2008 (available here : http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-200...dlPid=10844457 )
