Cant see cards/option buttons...

Just sat down at real money table($0.01-$0.02).Couldn't see buy-in amount(kept showing $0...min/max did nothing,so did typing in amount) but it sat me down anyways.Then i couldn't see my cards.At all.It's not like they were in front of me,covered.No,i was paying for nothing.Then went to leave,so clicked leave table tab,then no options and screen went all fuzzy.So started clicking where i thought leave table confirm scroll down option would be,but nothing happened.Re-booted system,opened site again,opened my table.Couldn't play.Couldn't leave.But i could certainly give my money away for free.Thanks a lot OP66,and yes you Lava,this site has become QUITE pathetic in my opinion.You're inability to actually step up and take control of the situation is a sad day indeed.If you're even around anymore,in any sort of position of power,at all.You were once so proud of saying you'll never sell this place to become a big money making site.Lo and behold,those you trust with this site,and i think the influence of friends behind the scenes,has taken away greatly from this site.It saddens me to write this...i wonder if anyone(besides us,the players) will actually care enough to even read this.Have a nice day.

I am not sure if this will help, but if its the flash version you are using there is a new version of flash available now.

I am running that version Aus , but in the last 2 days the flash version here has gone crazy .... tables with no cards .... no options and just general crazy stuff happening .... you don't want to move tables in a hurry ..... think I am going to have to give up for a while until the system is playable again

never fear people I will still post medals even if I am not playing ... well for a while anyway ... depends how long it takes

ok Pete..thanks, didn't know if the problems were with the latest version or not. Have you emailed support with the problem..the more emails they get with the same problems with as much info the better.

Pete, I have had the same problem of late. The only way it goes away if your in the middle of a game is to completely exit out and go back in again. It goes in streaks. Yesterday in the BC, I had a pair of 10's three times in a row. Wasn't sure how much the bet was but ended up with a flush losing to two pairs. I asked other around the table and they were wondering what I was calling on lol. By the third time, I finally got smart enough to know that something was wrong.

Yeah i kept getting same hand and seeing same flop...5 times in a row?Yes,there's something wrong here lol...because apparently ppl were playing the ACTUAL hands that they could see,and at that point i decided to first,have some fun,then i just left.Although i think i sucked out a straight somehow one hand i played,i remember one the ladies saying something like ``no way...!``Lol.Wish i saw it myself,hehe...anyways just tried playing Ultra tourn,still no cards.Catch ya on the flipside.Cheers all...

As Ive stated before,about every 6weeks or so I have an instance where I cant seem to get to a table or even gain access to the site.I just wait 3 or 4 days and it seems to work out. this happened to me last month on the dwn load and flash versions.I have never had these kind of bugs that you are talkin about though,It seems your not the only one either,from what i can tell so far it sounds like a problem with flash version.just curious is anyone having this problem with the download version?

I emailed support and got the same encouraging (not) response as always: 'no other players were disconnected so it must be a problem on your end, our servers are fine'....blah blah blah...
as usual, they don't seem to take the word of the players very seriously,... it's gonna take mod intervention to get them off their a$$es to fix it, sorry, Aus....

entered BC tonight and couldn't see any cards whatsoever, any avatars, any buttons to call/fold and so couldn't play. Chat still worked and i coould see the names of players.
I will mail tech suppport with this problem. but it's comforting to know it's not just me LOL.
