can't see my cards

why can't i see my cards during the first deal,it happens to me 3 times today. it's not a big deal cos it's just on the first hand, but it's annoying. is there a way to avoid this from happening?

Dont know if theres a way Virtus happens to me all the time as well, think its something to do with which seat you get placed in.

this happens alot in the big tournys to loads of people but iv only had it happen to me twice

Every first hand on real money and play money this happens to me, doesn't happen to everybody, only a small %.

They are working on the problem, hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Yes, same answer as FunkyG, sorry it occurs for a very low number of players but it's a real bug which is beeing investigated since a long time now... I hope for a fix asap!

Never had it happen to me until yesterday and the whole table could not see their cards.

it happens to me every time i play on sit and go and freeroll and i agree it is very annoying, glad to see its being worked on.
