cash out is a joke

this site just gets better and better!

i cash out every couple of weeks to pay 4 bills and stuff and it usually takes about 5 days till it get it,

3 weeks ago i cashed out sum money, 5 days passed and no money in the bank so i contacted 24 hour support, they said they were having tech problems (what a suprise)and my cashout was in the last stages of being processed.. they then said that i would recieve my money in 2-7 days time after the process was complete.... 8 days later i get my money.
2 weeks wait just for a cash out, no bills paid lol

cashed out sum more money 6 days ago thought i would recieve my money 2day but nope no money again so contacted 24 hour support again asked were my money was and guess what.......THEY HAVE A TECH PROBLEM and my cashout is still being processed!!! great gota wait another 2 weeks for my cashout..

think im gonna play sumwere else, had enough of this site and its ongoing problems.

ps anyone ever notice it's never a tech problem when ppl deposit?Instant deposit.Lol...remember me telling ya way back when,dean?Gl getting ur money out.Seems you do,but should never be a hassle like this.Sad...ah well i'm off cheerio then.

I have checked with the site management and have requested a statement in general on the cash out policy, and any issues that have been happening recently. I have also requested that they contact you directly Dean, as you see, to have had two consecutive issues.

All sites have problems.
Most would never allow them to be aired on a forum.
I've never had any problems on the cash side.

ive cashed out many times on this site m8 and never had any problems.
i know every site will have problems but i posted this thread because 1 month on since my last cashout and they are still having the same tech problem, any other site would have it fixed by now.

my cashout is still being processed and hasnt been sent out yet.

Anyone can see that's bs dean... They could do it manually if they wanted... Other everleaf sites have this same problem.. Lava needs to fight for you 24/7 is a waste of time...

I was responding to a post which has since been removed, it was saying people should never deposit money on this site.

If flash gets fixed , so i can play for cash again , maybe i'll find out what cash -out hassles are like.
on three diffent computers,,I play fine on flash with play chips...cash... all the buttons arnt on screen to push ,I just watch as I'm folded. I lost the rest of my cash finding this out about 3 weeks ago.I've learned from this happening in the past,it will just keep happening.I love the IDEA of haveing a forum and my own page,,but The whole time I've been here its constant problems.,. most old players have left a long time ago , i keep hoping things will change...they dont.
