cashout??

I have tried to cashout money via moneybookers and seen that it takes 24 - 48 hours, this was on saturday and i still have not recieved money in my moneybookers account. does anyone have any suggestions or advice???

I dont like the idea of having to photocopy front and back of my credit card and proof of id ie passport, driving licence and sending it to them. before they will release my money back to my card... It has your security code on it and everything.

I know they say you can blank out part of your number but it still doesnt leave me happy.

Answer from risk/fraud : Copy of cc is necessary on deposit and cash out we ask for documents on deposit but sometimes we only get them on cash out request but they will be asked in both cases and this stands for any cash out if the deposit was made with cc.

By the way when using your CC to deposit you have yet to enter your card number and security number, a front/back copy is not really much more than that.
Sorry for those security needs, I understand trust will need time to come back after past network issues but it's really not the same kind of transparency, feel free to browse the net about Everleaf Gaming LTD. Everything is controlled by the LGA (Lotteries and Gaming Authority from Malta).

OK DOKEY I did it today and blanked out loads of bits that I didnt think they needed ie actual account number as its your visa bit they need and then only the first 4 digits and last 4 digits if thats what youve used to deposit and theyve accepted it and released my money so new shoes for party !!!

ok its been over a week now since i requested a cashout, still getting told by 24hour support thats it is because of tech problems. sorry not good enough, surely such probs could be sorted within 1 week?? i am not happy!!! get it sorted please!
