Yes, spent money last week assuming I'd have the cash in my neteller account by yesterday.

Trust me, Jim, it's what I think every time I read one of those negative posts - I even started a thread recently calling for all negative posts to be immediately deleted.
At least your posts had a valid point.
I'm trying to think how this thread could be constructive, but it's a difficult one; it's good that Mr_S has got involved and hopefully we'll find out what the hold up was.
It is a shame that the enjoyment of winning has been spoilt by the cashing out experience.

OK Payout is done, yes it took a little longer than normal, I am told that was because of the large number of cash outs over the holidays, but since I can not confirm that, I will just take it that the issue is resolved, the cash out is working and if you need further assistance you can ask one of us, or check with 24/7. Every request I had to them on this was either handled immediately in chat or within hours in email.
