First Deposit Delay

Hi all,

Made my first cash deposit last night! Living in a do-it-now age, I expected to be able to play there and then... But soon found I had to wait "up to 24 hours".

Does anyone have any experience of making a first payment (MasterCard) and how long it took to get credited. As it was late yesterday evening, I don't want it to get too late this evening before I can play. I was hoping it would have cleared already, but 20 hours in still nothing...

Any pointers? how did anyone do with other payment methods?

OK, so I waited 24 hours, contacted 24/7, who obviously did not care, only to find out that the transaction failed. No explaination at all.

When I asked why they did not let me know, I was told the funds were not taken from my account. (I figured that already numb nuts!) (icon irony)

While I am sure I exist as an accepted pimple, being a free-chips player, I would have expected a bit better when trying to deposit cash (also known as WAGES and PROFIT).

Thanks also to the friends who PM'ed about this, without those friends I would now be at another poker site, payment-card in hand.

Will I try again? Maybe one day, not today, and maybe not on this site. If the balance sheet is not good at the end of the month guys, I know someone who could help with your customer service, just let me know.
