Lightbulb If you want to add something about late reg...

Hi,

closing the other thread about late registration, if someone want to discuss late reg or add something just post here!
As I said it's a network wide setup and as Joya added it's part of modern poker, I'm not a fan of late registration neither but could be handy sometimes, I see that as an extra variable to add to the poker math

personally i have no problem with late reg. its not as though you have a couple of dozen people joining 5-10 mins into a tourny.. its usually just a few at most from what ive seen.

my gripe is the option to post blinds and fold for the entire duration of a tourny. i really dont see the point in that. bassically i think its unfair on those who are actually actively playing.

I don't like it but that's part of the game as long as you know it going in I think its ok but is there a time limit on it how long is late registration?

i have no problem with late reg, but it should also be in effect whilst waiting for minimum entrants for a tourney. i.e. only 2 of us registered for outlaws. was refunded at 11 o`clock, even though late reg goes on for 10 minutes. outlaws always seems to have 1 or 2 latecomers lately. makes no sense to me...

Daddybig, I could be wrong but I think you will find that late reg is for 10 minutes unless other wise stated. Some tourneys show it is until level 6, or for 30 mins or even 1 hour, but where it doesn't say that I believe it is 10 minutes.

I agree with future about the post and fold problem. As has been said elsewhere it used to be you got bumped off after 'x' number of hands if you were on extended post and fold. Having said that, what's to stop someone just actually folding every hand manually? Nothing really and that would be the same outcome.

I also agree with stjimmy

Cody, I'm glad we sorted it out.

but it`s not like post and fold on the last script. now you post youre blinds, but fold when its youre turn to check, even with no raise...
