Default No Cashout Yet.......... [OLD network]

I have been trying to cash out of the last site for a month. No results yet. My request is still "under review". My only choice was to have them send me a check. Has anyone received a payout from the old site and if so what was the method of payout. Especially like to know if anyone got a check cash out.

I got mine out through moneybookers. Had to log in through pitbull and then just used the cashier. Took about 4 days to be processed.

Even if many cashouts have been done you aren't the only one in such case and in order to faster the process please ask on all 3 spots below :

1) on 2+2 forum where the story has turned public (you need to create an account there) : Pitbull Poker Support - Page 15 - Two Plus Two Poker Forum

2) Continue to ask on 24/7 live chat at Pitbullpoker

3) write to withdrawals@pitbullpoker.com and to network manager Dave@pitbullgaming.com

They must process your cashouts and if you still have no feedback we will handle it. You will see other new posts on 2+2 forum today or monday, your case isn't isolated.

I have contacted 24/7 live chat on Pitbull on a few occasions, finally set up a Moneybookers A/C and requested a cashout on 26th of July. It's at status 'Under Review' at the moment. I'll keep you posted, as or if it develops..

Send a message via MSN to Matadoo
The status of mine has been changed from "UNDER REVIEW" to "REJECTED" and the money removed from my account there.

I contacted 24/7 about this, and they told me the reason it says "Rejected" is because they processed it manually and the cheque is on the way already.

Does this sound super SUSS to anyone else?

To be honest mate i am at my wits end as well.

Joined the real money side on 12th August after about a year of deliberation - deposited 20 dollars.

Played first tournie on 14th and won 160.00 dollars.

Went to cashout via moneybookers on the 14th and its now end of day on 17th and no sign of and payout (the money no longer in poker account though).

My biggests concerns are with Moneybookers as my account is set up but when i log in it says i need to click on confirmation email - which i have never had - there is a button to click to get this email resent but still no sign - i have contacted moneybookers support and no response - WTF.

I can see in the top corner of the screen that my account with them is 0.00 and i have had an email from them to say that they are now processing my 20.00 dollar initial payment.

This has become far to messy for to p*ss about with now and i am just going to have to leave it for a few days to see if it works itself out. Infortuneately for OP66, with me joining the real money side and having these problems i then accessed the real money area of the forum and saw all the other issues re cashing out. Granted some of these are from people cashing out from old script (although fail to see why this should be an issue) there are too many other cashing out issue stories for my liking.

TBH i have gone from the real high of winning to being total disillusioned.

I have about 12 dollars left in the money side which i will use and then close the account

Grovewilks, the confirmation e-mail is just to confirm your e-mail a/c. This is important as it will become your customer e-mail A/C for Moneybookers. When requesting a payout, these are the details the poker cashout will request (just your moneybookers e-mail address). Never give your customer ID number or your login password as they are pesonal to the customer. I've finally, as posted just got my cash transferred to my MB a/c and received both an e-mail from pitbull and moneybookers to confirm the transaction.

Good Luck

Grovewilks : Please do not mix the old network cashout issues with new setup, you have a thread to talk about your issue, post again there and contact 24/7 to get a feedback if you have finally activated your moneybooker, if not then the issue is not here but on moneybooker end, you have to deal with that at first

good to hear about your cashout fabhastoply!

Thanks mate - i understand what you are saying bu Moneybookers say they need me to click on the confirmation email to activate the account - they havent sent me this confirmation email. I have jsut spoken to somebody on there helpline as i had no response to my email to their call centre. They said they would manually send a confirmation email to me - i await with baited breathe - it is now an hour since they sid they would send it in 15mins. I will leave it until tomorrow and see what happens.

Sorry BL for getting involved in another thread when i had already posted but as there were some references to Moneybookers on this thread i thought i would throw my twopenneth in to see what came back

The site does not want anyone to cash out. I have given all the required info that was requested to pitbullpoker.com as I was directed. After being an active member on this site for several years, I feel as though I have been scammed! Players beware!

Same here. No big problems with moneybookers except that pitbull said i couldn't cashout the additional $5 I got for free bc I didnt have enough comp points.

After changing the payout amount to exclude $5 I had the money within 48hours. No problem at all.
