Default one question

i have one specific question, it's about income tax, when i am withdrawing money with profit from your real money room. Is this tax already paid to your residental country? if not then i must declare it in my own country...otherwise i may run into troubles with our bureau of internal revenue....

Offset the profit with a loss, no taxs to be paid.

you just show a loss. In the states they do not require any proof of loss.

Yes we do, only on the winnings tho. So if you have a 100.00 profit and 100.00 loss it balances to zero. Cant pay tax on nothing.

yes we will need to know from where you are to help in your case... Laws could change a lot from country to country
If you're not winning it's an easy math for everywhere as TheBassmaster stated.

ok but lets say that these numbers are little bigger, the bureau of internal revenue may find it little suspicious, then i must prove from where this loss came, otherwise it could be very easy to do money-laundering.....

this last post was answer to Bass...

In our country laws are following: if this tax is already paid in this country from where this money came, then i dont have to pay this tax again, to prevent double taxing, otherwise i must pay it...

if im not winning then there is no problem...lol...but just in case if i am....

The tax isn't allready paid on our side, you will have to check on your country side about exact laws.
I will double check if I could have more details for you soon.

Thanks rubix, exactly what's needed I bet

mark i could be wrong but i believe that i saw a program on television about the laws pertaining to internet gambling and if i remember correctly all countries are not up to date with laws that deal with the taxation of internet gambling but many countries are working on tax laws to catch up with the technology. like i said i could be wrongbut i dont think that there is any way for any govt agency in any country to enforce a tax on internet winnings as far as gambling is concerned and i think that the program i saw stated that the same appliess to losing money gambling on the the net. you cannot claim a loss either. BUT i would check your countries laws just to be safe. im sure that the info that you seek can be obtained by a search in your browser or contacting your local govt rep in your distict. hope this helps

Citizens of the internet should never have to pay taxes on anything bought, sold, or won on the internet. Technically, the internet was created as a free trade universe.
