and thats the main point he gets AA but dose not say "i,v got AA fold" what he said is "fold" now that may seem a small detal but as he has not disust his hand nore given any more infomation than (i have a strong hand) withch is no more than he is giving away by rerasing the pot i dont see how this can be considered cheating any more than betting into a pot is

If you have AA and tell an opponent to fold (the other, non OP players cannot see the text) you are giving him an unfair advantage and The Laws of Poker state this is cheating.

yes but as we have no way of knowing IF the players at the table are from op or not (if thay dont speek and dont load a Av thay still seem the same as the no op players) it is to be asumed that evry one at the table can see chat and therfor have the same advantege

isnt it illegal to talk about your hand when the game is live? reguardless if you have folded or active. after the hand is plays out then you can BS about what you did or didnt have. my two pennys worth its how i play the game.

yes it it illegal to talk about your hand when the hand is in play but in this instent all that was said is "fold" so no infemation about the hand was given
