Outlaws city card transfer closed on monday!

Hi,

Quagan is working on Outlaw City card transfers to have it work on new script, we will turn off the actual system on monday afternoon (UK time) and push it back live soon including the auction system.

We hope for a public launch of the new script for tuesday then.
