Default Playing OP66ers for cash

I've been playing a lot of cash double up sit n go's of late and on a few occasions have had an OP66 player on the table...which is great and we can have a bit chat.
However, I've noticed that I play slightly differently because of this.
For instance if I'm on SB and they have called I will fold certain hands that I would otherwise have played (Q,7 etc) in case I get lucky. Also towards the end of the game I am tempted to try and get us both in the top 3 if possible (sub-consciously of course) - eg checking a winning hand.
Anyone else feel this way or is it just me?

Edit: should I be admitting this????

Yep, agree with both of you --- done the same myself!

Roo can even remember a certain game he and I were in and dang it, I was doing quite well until he won the hand with 7 Aces!

youre spot on cap, if i play a freeroll, or like you say a cash sit n go. im alot more aggressive if there are no op66 players on the table. and yes, a few times (not every time) ive checked down the nuts if another op66er is in the hand.

Yea don it too, also had the same twice with joya in a $4K qualifier. That said I've also knocked OP players out of double ups, had hands I had to back and they called and lost

half of it is respect, most of the op66 players are very good. part comradery and part subsoncious (from my point of view anyway). this isn't breaking any rules, but don't worry sigalahel, the moderators read all the threads and posts!

I hate playing you guys in money tournies and try to warn if i have a monster, I have a lot of respect for all our guys on the money tables and as for collusion thats bull we all know how each other play and heed each others warning signals just like any good player who takes notes, yes sometimes you get bluffed but with the calibre of our players I wouldnt take that chance

I wasn't accusing you, and it wasn't meant to you. It was meant to everyone who said they have soft played and to those who thought they did everything right. Just for them to understand that it really is a serious violation.

I find myself doing it also, completely unintentionally. It's more because we know each others styles. On the money side, if someone's in a hand they are usually playing decent cards (if they're from OP66). I also like targeting those who knock OP players out
