Problems on cash tables

I've been experiencing sticking jerky movements on the tables when playing cash and wondered if there were problems, so I emailed 24/7.

I have no othere programs running,temp files cleared each day,use Internet explorer and only use one table at a time for cash.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I have posted the reply from 24/7 with their permission, so would appreciate any imput.

We would be happy to assist you however in order to investigate the problem further please provide me with the following details:

When did the problem start?
Do you experience problems on all tables or only some of them?
Does it also happen in tournaments? If yes, which tournaments.
Do you know if other players experience similar issues? (we have not had any players reporting this problem so far)
Do you use flash client or downloaded program?
If downloaded, what casino version do you have? (you can check it by selecting Info from the lobby)
If you use flash client, what browser do you have (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera others?)
How many tables do you have open at the same time?
What other programs do you have running when playing?
What RAM do you have?
We are happy for you to post your reply on the forum to assist others, however, as I have mentioned before, we have not had any players reporting similar issues so please also add on your post, that if anyone is experiencing any problems they should contact support so we can help them further.

not had any problems tonight Sym...played micro ok...really last night in hets was the only problems with server so far for me...missed a few hands but I think everyone did.

It's been happening since the beginning of the week Aus , not all the time and not in the tournaments, it has been on the Omaha tables, tables like I think its Springbok iv ir v.

It feels quite strange and have lately just dealt myself out because the rhythm seems to be distorted.

Will try and find further info for 24/7 as and when it happens again and also need to find the tech information for them.
