Honest answer? Not a damn thing!

This is SUPPOSED to be some form of a rating system, where there's a rating that is partly based on user input (does someone like you or not ---- clearly, too subjective) --- and here, you just right click on a name at the table and you can follow the link to rate that person.

Another portion of the rating is supposedly "system-based" (using what criteria, I don't have a clue).

This whole thing is also supposedly based on cash-side play --- and pardon my response, it is not caustic, and it is definitely NOT aimed at you (you are asking a very legitimate question)... it's just the random nature of it... some sites (I won't name 'em here, so I don't break terms of service) have MEANING (sometimes legit, mostly not-so-legit or helpful), but here, the thing came in without much notice (that is, search the forum) or description... we all simply have fun with it and comment on the tiara's that someone might be wearing!

the stars mean you need to get yourself a star-swatter (similar looking to many household fly swatters)

they follow you everywhere you go and are as annoying as duck...
