A Question about Freerolls

Hello everyone,
I'm practicing in many freerolls lately.
When I want to Cash-Out it says I got to have minimum 200$ in my account.
I earned some cents so far and I wondered:
TECHNICLALLY, If I win more cents and make it dollars, and get those 200$ for free without any deposit, can I cash it out?
I mean, Don't I have to deposit at least one time or something like that before I cash out?

I know that's very hard and maybe almost impossible and bla bla bla but technically, is that possible? make money with no deposits?

We have no restriction like that on cashouts, I bet you are trying to cashout through wire transfer from US?
Wire needs a minimum of $200 that's the only reason I see. I would advize to use Picclub instead.
Let me know the exact story, again we have no restiction over cashouts when playing freerolls

I'm not from the US, but I want to wire-transfer.
so when you're saying you have no restiction do you mean that if I win 200$ without any deposit I can transfer it to my bank-account?

right, you do not need a deposit to make a cashout but you will be asked for an ID scan and wire will need to target an account matching that name.
