Hi I was playing in 2 tourneys last night when the site went down. I waited around for a while but it was not fixed until after i had logged off.
Could I please get a refund for these 2 tourney's thx
April 21 18-15 £50 deep stack R&A $3+0.30
April 21 19-00 $200 Guaranteed R&A $5+0.50
I was in 4 place in the deep stack one, if by any chance i did get placed then a refund would not be necessary thx again

2 hours later I contacted them and could not get through
I tried again an hour later but waited nearly 15 mins for a reply before i quit...
Can anyone please advise on what I can do?
