Default Request a Payout

I've recently read a good thread by Arsenalrules, which asked a few questions with regard to the money side of poker. When I first joined the site, I initially played the free chip games in order to learn how to play and after a while I had a go at the Freerolls. From there I managed to win a few bob and have since enjoyed playing on the real money side. I've made one deposit only for $50 using my credit card and have since, accumulated a nice enough profit. Following the downtime on the site, most of us wondered if OP66 would be back on again and also if you had money in an account would it still be yours. A lot of comments were made about costs of transactions and as I hadn't got a clue I decided to check it out for myself. When I visited the Cashier on my A/C it read that only Moneygram and Western Union cost $50 and Bankwire cost $75 per transaction. As I used Visa, there would be no transaction fee and it would take 1 day to go through: Here's Where I'm at;

I Requested a Payout of $300 on 16/04 and after logging on today I noticed the money had not been deducted from my A/C. I checked the transaction details and saw that it was on hold "ID & CC form needed". I didn't know what that meant, so I contacted 24/7Customer Support - Here follows the chat.

Julie .: Hello, Des ! Welcome to Live Customer Support! How may I be of your assistance?
Des : Hi I put in a request for payout - Trace ID xxxxx and its on hold. ID & CC form needed - can you explain
Julie .: Please hold while I check this out for you!
Julie .: Can you please give me your screen name so I can check your account?
Des : Fabhastoply
Julie .: Thank you, please hold while I check your account, this should just take a few moments. Thank you for your patience!
Des : No problem, thanks
Julie .: you deposited with your credit card, as a OnlinePoker66 security measure we ask for the Credit Card Agreement from every customer that deposits through credit card. The reason is for both your protection and our security.

Please note that we need you to please review and fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form along with sending a copy of your ID. Once you have completed the Credit Card form you can send it to our fax 514-221-46-59 ; or you can send an attached file to
our email support@onlinepoker66.com. Please note that you will need to complete this process before you are authorized to cash out. Also, once this process is completed you will not need to repeat before depositing again.

Des : Thanks Julie, It's all a bit confusing. I'm a member of this site, you have my details, my computer ID number and my Visa card details and I still have to furnish further information, When I lodged money into my A/C to your goodselves that transaction was simple and lasted 1minute
Julie .: my pleasure
Des : I'll read the link - thanks for you help, bye
Julie .: just please send the documents an your cashout will be processed
Julie .: you are welcome
Julie .: thank you
Julie .: Thank you for contacting our Customer Support

I don't like the sounds of this. I have been cautious about the money side and this is not helping matters. I think I will wait for a much simpler and less expensive process for withdrawls before I get more involved in the money side of things.

Thanks for information if they can accept money from card straight away then they should be able to pay out straight away...very poor service and more reason not to use moneyside. needs sorted or people will not pay.

As someone who plays on the money side, but has never cashed out can I ask a moderator for a comment on this. I've checked for some official site info on this without success.
Thanks for the info Des.

Thanks, Roo.

Sounds straight forward, no mention of requiring a Credit Card Agreement or further ID.
Guess I'll find out 'WHEN' I win enough to cash out.
