V.I.P freerolls

hi could any1 tell what the V.I.P freeroll is for or what the vip bit means??

i usually play the $100 freeroll when ive built up enough poker point but fancy having a go at the bigger tourneys so just wondered if its worth building the points up???

VIP freerolls are just freerolls with a PP cost, just a name.
If you don't play those you will be very important for op66 anyway no worry
