Where have my player notes gone???!

I havent been playing on here much last few weeks and i havent played on the cash tables at all for a couple of weeks so i dont know when this happened... but i noticed today all my player notes are gone?!!!

I had notes on a lot of the cash players here and they have vanished?!!! Know why?!

They were really a big help to me!! Some players u dont see too often and they are helpful reminder! grr tut tut xD xx help

hmmmmmm well 24/7 was as helpful as possible .... she knew what she was talking about and was very polite so 1 gold star *
all tags and notes are saved to comp so if u reboot or change comp... they are lost... so .... pffft.. grrr.. and pffft again. that's rubbisshhhhh. xD

Just had to faf around re-installing a new OS
mine are all gone then ..........but they mite b saved in external back-up files (if you have owt saved cherry, mite b worth a look)
anyway thats redundent for me i installed windows 7 and cant seem to install the poker program yet
