As it has been for the past X months, at month end all the tournies need to be set up again by the tournament manager. They will be back in a few days.

Tournament management is handled at the system level and every tournament needs to be set up each month. There is a system resource balance that has to be struck to keep the site up and running.

I also asked why we could not set up, say, 6 months worth, and the answer is that the technical resources needed to support that much information and tracking would be detrimental to play.\

Hence, it is set up each month.

We saw this on the very first table software too. As you enter more and more tables, the play gets slower and slower, even if those tables are not being used. This is the case with all computer systems, resources are a finite number.

Sorry that this is the way it is, but this is what is best for the moment.

tex , the point is outlaws is real money
real money should be a priority
the free games are up and running
real money should be the priority as it where the site makes its money
THATS good business and common sense
this site is a business and should not inconvience its paying customers.
This is rubbish paying customers should come first !!!!!
outlaws should be first to given resoures before the free side

ok fine set it up every month nothing wrong with that but the point is it doesnt get set up every month. Someone always forgets to set up free tourneys now its outlaws. Complaints pour in every month when we go to join a tourney that isnt their. I can see forgeting once or twice but its every month. and with all the complaints you would think it would be a higher priority for managment to get it rite but i fear no one is listening!!!!!! tex i appreciate your post but it didnt answer anything about why they cant remember to set up the tourneys but instead avoided the point altogether.

you would of thought if they were keeping to a schedule of work/input to do,that it would be done just prior to them all disappearing so no one would be dissappointed.

perhaps one reason for the confusion and frustration THIS month is that we were told this LAST month :
