WSOP voucher

I won a voucher for step 3 a few days age but have not been able to play yet due to the larger tournament's time and the 6 seater not having enough players.
I have just gone to register on the 6 seater and I no longer have a voucher. Looking at my account it says I used it last night (UK) which I did not.
The only thing I can think of is I was registered when I logged off, but surely that would take me off the table.
I feel a bit gutted as I was looking forward to seeing Telboy in the final.
Anything I can do?????

I have to feel for you mate a similar thing happened to me but it was a buy in,i have to say that the regersting system is poor as it only shows your latest reg,may be a seperate page for all rego's

Please for such matter contact 24/7 live chat at first, they will check that for you instantly (forum ain't the faster support area, just a good way to share common issues )
If they can't help there let me know I will check for you tomorrow.

not sure m8 but i know that if i fail to unregister for a tourney and log out from the site i'm still in it and posting and folding.

Hmmm it's not looking good.
24/7 have confirmed posted and folded all my hands in the Step 3 tournament last night. A supervisor is going to contact me, but I fear the worst.

Happend to me with 4k voucher, and first depositor voucher,
after that i put myself on buddy list , and before i log out
im always check where im registered .

24/7 got back to me.
It seems I played that game whilst asleep in bed, ah well.
24/7 were surprisingly very helpful and got back to me promptly.
