one question of omaha

i have a question i have played Omaha a few time i know how to play it but i don't know how to identify a good preflop so could someone tell which hands are good for a preflop raise?

suited hands high cards pairs

i like suited hands like dansterr said. high pairs are all right but its really rare to win with just one pair in omaha

well like the two above me said suted high cards can be good or a high pair is ok just dont forget that each player is dealt 4 an don a full table that is 40 cards before the 5 comunaty cards so the odds are diffrent i will post all odds l8r
